The Funtacular Show

So a couple of weeks ago my best bud Ashleigh and I made a webshow called The Funtacular Show. It was so fun making it! We used my web cam to record it, and safety-pinned my curtain to the couch for the background. The only problem with that was that the curtain is transparent. :) Oh well, it still looked really cool. We covered topics from a moose in an egg to celebrity make-overs. We are considering making the second episode soon. I'm sure we will come up with something stupid for it. :) If you want to watch the click HERE. I hope the hyperlink works...

Sleep Deprivation

So let me guess...About half of everyone I know probably doesn't get enough sleep. We all feel it in the mornings, the sleep deprivation. Honestly, I got approximately seven hours of sleep last night, and that's from 10:00pm to 5:00am. Most people say to me, "Why would you get up that early?" Well if your bus left at 6:55am and you take showers in the morning, then it might be a good idea! The fact that I'm writing this at 6:00am is probably not surprising to you any more! I think I'll just go back to bed now.................................zZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZz

Reflections of the Best Day Ever

Ah, the best day ever. Well, in a way it's also the worst day ever. On September 11, 2008, my beautiful Hero arrived. I was bouncing off the walls that whole week, and my excitement went on and on considering the fact that the company sent me the on turtle and then sent me Hero. The wrong turtle was named Tickles. Yes, Tickles. He was full grown as opposed to a baby, so he was a full 4 inches long. Sadly, I had to give him away, but his new family loves him. It turns out he only had 3 legs, and I guess I never noticed. The new family named him Tripod. But on that day, 9/11/08, I was very emotional about what happened to those poor people in the World Trade Center. So, when I named my baby turtle, it had to be something brave, courageous, and strong. His gorgeous shell looks like an army helmet, so I named him Hero. If the day I met him wasn't the best day ever, than I don't know what is.
